Absolute physical barrier: The hollow fiber membrane has a pore size of 0.01~0.1 microns, which can remove 100% of bacteria, E. coli, viruses, Giardia lamblia and other microorganisms from the water (effluent SDI<3, turbidity<0.1NTU).
Retaining beneficial minerals
Ultrafiltration separates only suspended solids and colloids, without removing dissolved minerals. The product water retains beneficial calcium, magnesium, and potassium ions.
Highly integrated, saving space
Skid-mounted integrated design: Multiple diaphragm housings, pipelines, valves, instruments and control cabinets are all integrated on a single stainless steel base.

RO System Maintenance & Consumables Replacement Guide
PP Filter
PP filters remove suspended particles and impurities before UF membrane filtration. Regular replacement ensures stable water flow, protects the UF membrane and improves system performance. Recommended replacement: every 1-3 months.
UF Membrane
As the core consumable component of ultrafiltration equipment, it plays a vital role in intercepting bacteria, viruses, colloids and suspended solids. Should your equipment’s water production rate decrease or the transmembrane pressure difference increase, the membrane assembly should be replaced promptly; the replacement cycle is 2–3 years.
Ultraviolet Steriliser（Optional）
With a UV transmittance of over 95%, every drop of water is evenly irradiated, achieving a sterilization efficiency of 99.99%.The lamp needs to be replaced annually.
Activated Carbon（Optional）
Activated carbon filter (pre-treatment) — removes residual chlorine and odours, and extends the service life of the UF membranes,replace every two years。
